Order Processing

Orders received before 2:30 PM AEST on business days are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Split Shipments

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may occasionally fulfil items from multiple warehouse locations.

If this occurs:

• Your order may arrive in separate deliveries
• You will receive tracking details for each shipment
• There are no additional shipping charges
